Innovation
Every discovery we make — from fundamental insights into brain biology to new therapeutic strategies — is part of a deliberate effort to move ideas from the lab into real‑world impact. Our researchers work hand‑in‑hand with VIB’s Innovation & Business team, expert technology units, and industry partners to turn breakthroughs into tools, assays, patents, and start‑ups that can change patients’ lives. Whether it’s building robust data packages with our Flying Technicians, developing industry‑ready assays with our project managers, or protecting new inventions with our dedicated patent specialists, we innovate with purpose: to accelerate solutions for brain health and disease.
